Terms of Service

1. About PlaMoHQ
PlaMoHQ is a marketplace and directory for plastic-model builders (“Builders”) and the people who buy completed builds and commission new ones (“Collectors”). PlaMoHQ provides the platform; Builders and Collectors are responsible for their listings, commissions, communication, and transactions with each other.
2. Accounts
You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register an account. You agree to provide accurate sign-up information, to keep your password confidential, and to be responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
Public account elements — display name, callsign, country, profile copy, portfolio, and listings — must not impersonate another person, infringe trademarks, or contain unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit material. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.
3. Builder profiles and listings
Builders represent that they personally built or substantially modified the work they showcase. Listings must accurately describe the build, condition, base kit, scale, shipping origin, and price. PlaMoHQ may remove listings that misrepresent the work or violate intellectual-property rights of others.
4. Commissions and purchases
Commission agreements are between the Builder and Collector. PlaMoHQ facilitates communication, payment, and order tracking, but is not a party to the underlying commercial agreement. Refunds, revisions, and dispute resolution follow each Builder's stated policy plus the platform's baseline buyer-protection rules outlined in the order flow.
5. Fees
PlaMoHQ may charge platform fees on completed sales and subscription fees for advanced Builder tiers. Current fees are listed on the Pricing page. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current period; you may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of the billing cycle.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use PlaMoHQ to:
- Sell counterfeit, stolen, or recalled goods.
- Harass, threaten, or dox other users.
- Scrape, mirror, or republish the directory in bulk.
- Attempt to bypass moderation, payment, or account-security systems.
7. Termination
You can close your account at any time from your dashboard. PlaMoHQ may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice, while preserving transactional records required for fraud prevention, tax, and legal compliance.
8. Disclaimers and liability
PlaMoHQ is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlaMoHQ disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email and on the platform at least 14 days before they take effect.
